A world-class Customer Experience expert, Jason has over 20 years of experience defining, designing and improving customer experiences for major brands including Microsoft, Belkin, Merck & Co, and Rapid7. He is passionate about startups, technology, value-centered design, and in creating products that improve the lives of those who consume them.

Jason has a Bachelor’s degree from the Herberger Institute for Design at ASU and holds patents on interface design.

Arun Koul

Development

Arun Koul is an experienced leader in technology and services. Arun has specialized in building and leading application and software development teams in the delivery of large systems as well as innovative, custom solutions.

He is highly skilled in Program Management, Client Services and Software Development, leading teams and handling large scale operations.

Arun has a master’s degree with specialization in Information Systems from the M.S. University in India.

Kathy Wattman

Marketing

Kathy Wattman is a seasoned Marketing and PR executive with over 20+ years of experience bridging the gap between technical and marketing. Kathy specializes in creating clear strategic marketing initiatives, channel development, brand management, and strategic business development. Kathy's greatest strengths are her insight, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company's reach.

Sergey Razin, PhD

Artificial Intelligence

Inspirational leader, innovator, entrepreneur and technologist with extensive experience ranging from startups to public corporations. A noted authority in advanced analytics and machine learning, Sergey pioneered the application of these technologies in the areas of security, AR/VR, and speech recognition. Sergey has driven initiatives at SIOS Technology Corp, and as architect and CTO for EMC storage products covering network protocols, cloud and storage management, metrics, and analytics. Sergey has also served as Principal Investigator (PI), leader in research, development and architecture in areas of big data analytics, speech recognition, telephony, and networking.

Sergey holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the Moscow State Scientific Center of Informatics.
